HOW DO I BOOK


STEP 1. THE INQUIRY

You reach out to me by clicking on my contact tab at the top and tell me about your awesome headshot or portrait session!

I will respond to your inquiry within 2 business days with details regarding my availability for your date and send you the pricing guide for the services you have chosen.  Take your time to look it over & think it over! If you like I can also provide a link for a 30-minute complimentary video consultation with me. I will reach out to you a few days later to confirm the next steps!

 

 

STEP 2. THE CONSULTATION

Great you’ve scheduled your video consultation! Now I can put faces to names and we can get a feel for one another as we chat about your photo needs and vision for your session! In this consultation, we get to know one another a bit more. We will discuss photo packages or á la carte options that suit you best. I like to make sure we are a good fit for each other in terms of style and vision.  When we are both comfortable, the Awesomeness happens.

If after the consult, you or I choose to move in a different direction, there will be NO hurt feelings - only best wishes.

 

 

STEP 3. THE DECISION

After our consultation, you may need more time to think over what session or package you’d like. Or not! You might just say alright Chris let's do this, I'm ready to book! Either way, let me know where you’re at.

Hopefully you’ve already checked out my website and looked at my images. I'd be kind of hard to choose me as your photographer if you didn't know my work.

 

 

STEP 4. THE PROPOSAL

Cool let's make it happen! I will then send you a proposal - this proposal includes which photo collection or session you have chosen, a contract, and an invoice for a 50% non-refundable retainer. If it all looks good to you, you will then sign the contract, and pay the invoice electronically via debit or credit card, bank transfer, or cash app. Signing this proposal and paying the invoice officially books me & holds your date!

 

 

STEP 5. THE CHECK IN

In the days, weeks or months between paying the retainer and your session, we'll exchange a few emails here and there as I check in and see how everything is going and if I can answer any questions you may have.

 

STEP 6.  THE SESSION!

The day has come! We both show up to your session and you bring THE SAUCE. You feel like the King or Queen that you are and we create incredible photos. Full payment is made and we move on to Step 7.

 

 

STEP 7. DELIVER THE IMAGES

In the 2 to 3 weeks following your session, I will be meticulously editing and perfecting the photos you have chosen. When they're ready I will deliver them to you via print or custom usb. You're images will then be placed in a personal online gallery for a limited time. You know... just in case your images are so awesome want to purchase more!
